1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MisuJob Business (the “Service”), operated by Fodoj GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating a company account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
MisuJob Business is a B2B job posting platform that allows companies to:
- Post job listings to attract talent
- Receive and manage applications from candidates
- Use AI-powered matching to find and rank the best candidates
- Track applicant status and communicate with candidates
2.1 AI Processing
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to match candidates with your job postings. AI systems generate match scores, rank candidates, and provide explanations. Candidate personal identifiers are automatically redacted before AI processing. AI-generated rankings are indicative and should be used as one factor in your hiring decisions, not as the sole basis.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be authorized to represent your company and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Service.
3.2 Company Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate company information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities under your company account
3.3 One Account Per Company
Each company may only maintain one primary account.
4. Pricing
4.1 Free Monthly Credits
Every company receives 5 free job posting credits per month at no cost:
- Free credits reset on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC
- No credit card is required to register or use the free tier
- All features (AI matching, candidate scoring, etc.) are included
4.2 Paid Credit Packages
Need more than 5 jobs per month? Additional credits can be purchased:
- Single Job Credit: €50 (1 job posting, 60 days active)
- Job Pack: €350 (10 job postings, 90 days active, €35 per job)
4.3 Credit Usage
- Each job posting requires 1 credit
- Free credits are consumed first, then purchased credits
- Purchased credits do not expire; free credits reset monthly
- Unused free credits do not carry over to the next month
- Job postings have active durations (60 or 90 days depending on plan)
5. Job Posting Guidelines
5.1 Accurate Information
All job postings must contain accurate information about:
- Job title and responsibilities
- Required qualifications
- Compensation (when applicable)
- Company information
5.2 Prohibited Content
Job postings may not contain:
- Discriminatory requirements
- Misleading information
- Illegal or fraudulent opportunities
- Adult or inappropriate content
5.3 Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Remove job postings that violate these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Modify or refuse any job posting at our discretion
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Candidate Data
You will receive access to candidate applications and data. You agree to:
- Handle candidate data in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws
- Only use candidate data for recruitment purposes
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics under AGG (German Anti-Discrimination Act)
- Not share candidate data with third parties without consent
- Delete candidate data upon request
6.2 Non-Discrimination (AGG Compliance)
You must not use AI-generated match scores or candidate rankings to discriminate based on race, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation. AI match scores reflect skills and experience alignment only.
6.3 Your Data
We process your company data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
MisuJob Business, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your job postings and company content. By using our Service, you grant us a license to display this content on our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8.2 Candidate Quality
While we use AI matching, we cannot guarantee:
- The accuracy of candidate information
- That you will find suitable candidates
- The outcome of any hiring decisions
8.3 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Post fraudulent job listings
- Abuse our Service or candidates
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends
- Active job postings will be removed
- No refunds for unused purchased credits
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
